Seaplane Harbour and KOKO architects awarded the Construction Project of the Year 2012

Seaplane Harbour and KOKO Architects were chosen award winners of the Construction Project of the Year 2012 by the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies (EAACEC).
Raivo Kotov stressed at the award ceremony that the victory is a result of great team-work. The chairman of EAACEC Tõnis Tarbe pointed out that the Seaplane Harbour showed a complex and thorough process from the idea competition throughout the project planning. The reconstruction of one of the most outstanding concrete shell building in Estonia included skillful combining of old and new in the construction project.
